3. Reservation and Payment Terms
- Responsibility: You are financially responsible for all activity under your name.
- Holds: Credit/debit cards may have funds held for incidentals upon check-in.
- ID: Valid identification is required at check-in. ID must match credit card holder’s name.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by the hotel or its licensors. Users receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access the site; reproduction or framing is forbidden.
5. Disclaimers and Liability
The site is provided “as is.” The hotel is not liable for errors, interruptions, or damages, including indirect or consequential losses, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
